I would like to thank your staff for making a dream vacation come true. My girlfriend and I spent 2 weeks in Costa Rica and had an incredible time. Everything that was set up for us by your office amplified our amazing experience. The tour operators, accommodations, and overall attention to detail made our vacation one of the most enjoyable experiences of our lives. I have never visited a country where I was taken care of so well to the point that all we needed to do is enjoy the moment and take pictures. Every transfer, from arriving late at night to leaving early in the morning was quick and efficient. It was easy and relaxing to know we were taken care of so well, and at no point did we ever not feel safe. At one point when we hit a bump in the road, your ground operators were there to fix the problem and answer all of our questions. This one on one personal touch only heightened our experience. We can't wait to plan our next vacation with you knowing that you will take care of everything in such amazing detail. I just wanted to let you know how wonderful our guided transfers were before and after our Windstar cruise. Several members of our family of 8 commented that our guide on the way back was the best of our entire vacation (and we did lots of touring from the ship).
From the beginning , staff was there and extremely helpful. Coaster vehicles were great and roads were much better than 2 years ago!!
Enjoyed the crocs in the river on the way down to Puerto Caldera—hit a rain storm while having lunch son never made it to the hike at Carara—oh well!! No problem.
On way back Villa Blanca and LA Cloud Forest were the best. It was my favorite place in both trips to CR. Guide from the property was excellent and lunch was wonderful. The clouds came in and out numerous times during our visit and the rains did not start until we began to board the Coaster to go to the airport—all was sunshine by the time we got to the airport.
Your staff is excellent, loyal , helpful, etc and I hope you will let them know that. All the best for 2008.

Great time, transfer bus from San Jose to Quepos was very good as well as guide Jose. When we were stuck on one of the one lane bridges to Quepos, Jose called ahead to El Parador and had their shuttle pick us up on the other side so that we could make it to the hotel. Fishing boats were excellent, captains & crews were very good! Thanks.
